We are looking for a recruiter with 1+ years of relevant experience, preferably from the semiconductor domain.
We can consider recruiters with solid experience in high-volume hiring for business/skilled roles also.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for contract Non-IT roles within India.
Utilize job portals such as Naukri, Monster, JobDiva, social media, and internal databases for candidate sourcing
Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Negotiate salary packages.
Ensure timely submission of quality profiles to meet client SLAs
Maintain and update candidate information in ATS/internal recruitment systems
