Location: Sector 66, Gurugram, HaryanaEmployment Type: Full TimeExperience: 4–6 YearsRoles and Responsibility Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.Identify and acquire current US-based clients, advertisers, affiliates, publishers, and partners.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.Drive business across Performance/Affiliate Marketing models such as CPL, CPA, CPS, CPC, etc.Strong understanding of US Insurance & Financial verticals, including Auto Insurance, Life Insurance, Medicare, Debt Consolidation, and Personal Loans.Negotiate payouts, commercial terms, volumes, and partnership agreements.Identify new business opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline.Work closely with Media Buying, Creative, Analytics,



and Technical teams for smooth campaign execution.Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to improve conversions, revenue, and profitability.Track market trends and competitor activities to identify recent opportunities.Required Skills and Qualification4–6 years of experience in Business Development, Performance Marketing, or Affiliate Marketing.Hands-on experience in the US market is mandatory.Robust understanding of CPL, CPA, CPS, CPC, and other performance models.Experience in US Market.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.Ability to generate recent business and independently build a pipeline.Result-oriented, adaptable, and commercially driven.
