Key Responsibilities
Assist in receiving and unloading incoming materials.
Help verify quantity and quality of received materials against invoices/delivery notes.
Issue materials to departments as per approved requisitions, under supervision.
Arrange and store materials properly with correct labeling/identification.
Assist in maintaining FIFO/FEFO stock rotation.
Support daily and monthly stock counting/verification.
Update inward, outward, and stock registers/ERP entries.
Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the Store Executive/Supervisor.
Coordinate with Production, Cutting, and Merchandising teams for material handovers.
Maintain cleanliness, housekeeping, and safety standards in the store.
Handle materials carefully to prevent damage, loss, or wastage.
Support the Store Executive in audits and inventory reports.
