Job Summary
Shivalika Cleantech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to promote and sell solar rooftop and on-grid solar power solutions. The candidate will be responsible for meeting customers in the field, understanding their energy requirements, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
Visit residential, commercial, and agricultural customers in assigned areas
Explain solar rooftop and on-grid solar systems to customers
Generate and follow up on sales leads (company-provided and self-generated)
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions
Coordinate site surveys and collect basic technical details
Explain quotations, government subsidies, and EMI options
Close sales deals and achieve monthly targets
Maintain daily visit reports and follow-up records
Support coordination with installation and after-sales teams
Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work in the field
Basic knowledge of sales is an advantage
Two-wheeler preferred
Experience in solar or related field will be an added benefit
