Interact with customers and understand their tyre/service requirements and vehicle-related concerns.
Collect and verify customer and vehicle details required for job-card creation.
Create accurate and complete job cards in the ERP system based on customer requirements.
Coordinate with technicians and the service team to ensure customer requirements are communicated clearly.
Update job-card details and service status in the ERP system as required.
Handle basic customer queries, provide service updates, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
