We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team at Lidhu & Co.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
Explain our services and respond to customer enquiries.
Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain customer and lead details.
Convert interested leads into potential customers.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
Coordinate with the team and provide regular updates.
Requirements:
Positive communication skills in Tamil.
Basic English communication is preferred.
Confident and friendly attitude.
Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
Freshers are welcome.
Previous telecalling/sales experience is an added advantage.
