Job Overview

We are looking for a target-driven Admission Counsellor to counsel prospective students, convert leads into admissions, and achieve admission and revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel prospective students.
Convert leads into successful admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
Guide students through the complete admission process, including documentation and enrolment.
Address student queries and handle objections professionally.
Maintain lead and admission records in the CRM.




Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processing.

Key Requirements
12th Pass /Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Solid communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented with positive follow-up and relationship management abilities.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
