Responsible for field installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT products and solutions, along with desktop support and basic networking management.

Key Responsibilities
Field installation, configuration, and commissioning of IT products and solutions.
Desktop PC hardware/software troubleshooting and maintenance.
Installation and troubleshooting of Windows, software, printers, and peripherals.
Basic IT networking management including LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
Network cabling and connectivity troubleshooting.
Client-site technical support and issue resolution.
Prepare basic service/installation reports.

Qualification & Skills
ITI / Diploma / BCA / B.Tech / equivalent IT qualification.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
Valuable troubleshooting and communication skills.
Willingness to travel for client-site visits.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
