Job Title: Telecaller

Location - Udaipur

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, generating leads, explaining our products/services, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Robust communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Explain products and services clearly and answer customer questions.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
Maintain accurate call records and customer information in the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
Resolve customer concerns or escalate them to the appropriate department.




Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements
High school diploma or graduate (preferred).
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM software.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
