Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with a warm, professional, and friendly attitude.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Deliver an exceptional in-store shopping experience.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and attractive store displays.
Handle billing, exchanges, and basic inventory management.
Keep the store organized, clean, and well-presented at all times.

Requirements




Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience (footwear, fashion, or luxury retail preferred).
Good communication skills with proficiency in English.
Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented.
Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays.
