We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, financial documentation, taxation work, and coordination with internal teams. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of accounting principles, GST/TDS compliance, and documentation handling.

Key Responsibilities :
Maintain daily accounting records and bookkeeping
Prepare and manage invoices, vouchers, purchase entries, and payment records
Handle accounts payable and receivable activities
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial statements
Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation
Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and reporting
Maintain proper documentation and records of financial transactions
Assist in monthly closing and reporting activities
Manage email communication with vendors, clients, and auditors professionally
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information

Requirements:




3 to 6 years of experience in accounting and financial operations
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and accounting processes
Experience in preparing invoices, payment entries, and financial reports
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and MS Word
Positive communication and skilled email drafting skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently
