Principal Accountabilities
Identify, Hire and train FOS; Help in dealer identification and onboarding.
Engaging with dealers and brand promoters/ISDs to promote PFL EMI options on stores.
Promote PFL as preferred CD financer in the store/market assigned.
Managing dealer and brand promoter /ISD relationships to drive targeted finance penetration.
Gather pertinent insights on competition, monthly sales of dealer, and market trends by visiting dealers regularly.
Fulfilling customer needs of Cross sell of VAS (EW/Insurance/EMI card) Lending product (STPL) and Gold Loan.
Manage Non-starter collections of assigned geography.
Assist dealer/partner in recon activity, portfolio management, trade advance and interest-bearing trade advance recon.
Be self-starter and self-motivated; Exhibit ownership, punctuality, and integrity as key attributes for the role.
