About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Procurement, Inventory & Operations Executive to manage procurement activities, inventory control, and support day-to-day operational and accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to work with suppliers, internal teams, and management.

Key Responsibilities
Source products and obtain competitive quotations from recent suppliers.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Create and follow up on purchase orders until delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory management software.
Investigate inventory discrepancies.
Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and accounts teams.
Assist with invoice verification, and basic accounting tasks.
Prepare procurement, inventory, and operational reports for management.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while ensuring compliance with company purchasing procedures.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, or a related field.




2–5 years of experience in procurement, inventory management, accounting, or operations.
Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Experience with ERP, inventory, or accounting software is preferred.
Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
Basic to conversational Hindi is required.
Robust negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred
Experience in the electrical, building materials, or trading industry.
Knowledge of import/export documentation and logistics.
Basic accounting knowledge.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
