Key Responsibilities

 Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems for road construction machinery.

 Create detailed 3D models, manufacturing drawings, and assembly drawings using SolidWorks.

 Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs), technical specifications, and design documentation.

 Perform design calculations, stress analysis, and structural evaluations to ensure safety, reliability, and performance.

 Develop sheet metal, fabricated, and welded structure designs suitable for manufacturing.

 Collaborate with production, purchase, and service teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.

 Participate in recent product development, machine improvements, and cost-reduction initiatives.

 Support prototype development,



testing, and validation activities.

 Review and improve existing machine designs for enhanced performance and efficiency.

 Ensure compliance with engineering standards, quality requirements, and company design procedures.

 Maintain design revisions, engineering change records, and technical documentation.

 Provide technical support to manufacturing, assembly, and installation teams when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
