As an Application Support Engineer, your day involves acting as a software detective, diligently investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. You will engage in agile problem-solving activities, ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of critical applications. Your role requires a proactive approach to identifying system anomalies and collaborating with different teams to maintain optimal system performance throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on resolving common issues.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.
Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical problems within business-critical systems.
Experience in monitoring and maintaining cloud-based application environments.
Ability to work with various system components and understand their interdependencies.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with technical teams and stakeholders.
Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize issues based on business impact.

Additional Information:
