Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Chemist with 2–5 years of experience in the dairy industry. The candidate will be responsible for quality testing of milk and value-added dairy products, ensuring compliance with FSSAI standards and maintaining product quality throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities
Perform quality testing of raw milk, in-process samples, and finished products.
Conduct FAT, SNF, MBRT, Acidity, Adulteration, and Microbiological tests.
Test value-added products such as Paneer, Curd, Ghee, Buttermilk, and UHT Milk.Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, and HACCP standards.
Maintain laboratory records, calibration logs, and quality reports.
Monitor hygiene and sanitation practices in the laboratory and production areas.
Investigate quality issues and recommend corrective actions.




Coordinate with Production and Procurement teams to maintain product quality.

Requirements
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Dairy Technology, Food Technology, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in dairy quality testing.
Knowledge of FSSAI standards and laboratory testing procedures.Valuable documentation and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of dairy processing and quality systems.Familiarity with laboratory instruments and microbiological testing.Robust attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
