Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate bending machines to produce parts according to technical drawings and production requirements.
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machine settings and bend sequences.
Adjust machine settings such as angles, pressure, and tool positions for different materials and thicknesses.
Monitor machine operations to ensure quality output and make necessary corrections or adjustments.
Perform regular maintenance and basic troubleshooting on bending equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct quality checks on finished products to verify measurements and conformance to specifications.
Record production data including quantities produced, materials used, and any defects or issues encountered.
Maintain a clean and protected work setting by following all safety guidelines and company policies.
