Process & Paperwork : Complete purchase agreements, assist with necessary legal/registration paperwork, and coordinate with the finance department.
Sales & Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, discuss financing options, and close sales while maintaining dealership profit margins.
Product Demonstration: Explain vehicle features, technology, and advantages, as well as accompany customers on test drives.
Customer Engagement: Greet and identify their transportation needs, and recommend suitable recent or pre-owned vehicles.
