Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Hardware Sales Executive responsible for generating and converting sales leads for laptops, computers, IT hardware, and related products through outbound calls, emails, and customer follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Generate recent sales leads through outbound calling and email campaigns.

Identify potential customers and understand their laptop/IT hardware requirements.

Promote and sell laptops, desktops, computer accessories, and IT hardware products.

Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to convert them into customers.

Maintain and update lead/customer databases and sales records.

Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers regarding product specifications, pricing, and availability.

Achieve monthly lead-generation and sales targets.





Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.

Required Skills

Experience in Laptop Sales / IT Hardware Sales / Inside Sales / Lead Generation.

Solid communication and customer-handling skills.

Good convincing and negotiation abilities.

Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

Good email communication and follow-up skills.

Basic knowledge of laptops, desktops, accessories, and IT hardware.

Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in B2B hardware sales, inside sales, tele-sales, lead generation, or computer/laptop sales will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
