Customer calling and regular follow-ups.
Payment and outstanding follow-ups.
Sales and back-office support.
Coordination with customers and internal departments.
Maintaining basic records and reports.
Handling customer queries and providing required updates.

Graduate preferred.
Positive communication and follow-up skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
