Handle international customers through calls/chats.
Understand and resolve customer queries.
Provide a qualified customer experience.
Achieve assigned quality and performance targets.

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
Confident and customer-focused personality.
Freshers are welcome.
BPO/customer support/sales experience is an advantage.
