Job Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a warm and skilled manner.

Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.

Manage room reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries.

Handle telephone calls, emails, and other guest communications.

Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B;, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth guest service.

Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Maintain accurate records of guest information, payments, and daily transactions.

Prepare and maintain front office reports and documentation.

Ensure proper handling of cash, billing, and payment-related activities.

Maintain a skilled appearance and high standards of customer service.

Follow hotel policies, SOPs,



safety procedures, and service standards.

Requirements

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Front Office / Hotel Operations.

Experience in the hospitality or hotel industry preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel/PMS software.

Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.

Presentable personality with a qualified attitude.

Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
