We are looking for a student-focused and target-oriented Assistant Counsellor with experience in the Animation, VFX, Gaming, or Creative Education industry, preferably with experience at MAAC, Arena Animation, or a similar institute. The candidate will handle student enquiries, provide course and career guidance, manage leads, and support the admission process.

Key Responsibilities Handle walk-in, phone, and online enquiries from students and parents.

Understand students’ interests and guide them towards suitable Animation, VFX, Gaming, Graphic Design, and related courses.

Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, career prospects, and placement support.

Conduct individual and group counselling sessions.

Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

Maintain CRM/lead records and ensure timely follow-ups.





Convert enquiries into admissions and support the enrolment and fee-payment process.

Coordinate campus visits, demo sessions, seminars, and student events.

Maintain daily/weekly enquiry and conversion reports.

Provide basic support to enrolled students and coordinate with faculty/management when required.

Qualifications & Experience Graduate in any discipline; Psychology, Management, Education, or related fields preferred.

1–3 years of experience in counselling/admissions, preferably in Animation, VFX, Gaming, or Creative Education.

Experience with MAAC, Arena Animation, or similar institutes will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
