Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, field visits, and networking
Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential customers
Build and maintain robust customer relationships for repeat business
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales




Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth service delivery

Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation and persuasion ability
Valuable understanding of sales process and customer behavior
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Time management and organizational skills

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
1–3 years of experience in sales (freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
Experience in field sales / B2B / B2C is an advantage
Valid driving license
