Eligibility & Requirements:
Graduate / Postgraduate in the relevant subject
B.Ed. / D.Ed. preferred
Solid knowledge of Maharashtra State Board curriculum
Excellent communication and explanation skills
Ability to make concepts straightforward, engaging and exam-oriented
Experience in teaching Std. 8th–10th preferred
Valuable student-handling and classroom-management skills
Ability to counsel students regarding academics, study plans and career options
Ability to monitor student performance and provide regular feedback
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with digital teaching tools
Freshers with solid subject knowledge and communication skills may also apply

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging classroom lectures




Prepare lesson plans, worksheets and tests
Conduct doubt-solving and revision sessions
Track students' academic progress
Communicate with parents regarding student performance
Provide academic guidance and counselling
Support admissions through academic counselling

Preferred:
Candidates with 2+ years of teaching experience in Maharashtra State Board English Medium schools/coaching institutes will be given preference.
