Purchase Executive – Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Executive to handle procurement activities for our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in purchase and procurement within a manufacturing, engineering, industrial equipment, or similar setting.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day purchase activities for raw materials, components, consumables, spares and other materials required for manufacturing.
Identify, evaluate and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
Obtain and compare quotations based on price, quality and delivery timelines.
Negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, Engineering and Accounts teams for purchase requirements.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering company.
Experience in purchasing industrial, electrical,



mechanical or engineering components will be preferred.
Good knowledge of vendor development, quotation comparison and price negotiation.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/software used for purchase activities.
Ability to understand material requirements and technical specifications.
Candidates with experience in industrial equipment, engineering products, electrical components, fabrication or machinery manufacturing will be preferred.
