About the Role

Zaatar is looking for an experienced and highly accountable Purchase Manager to manage the complete procurement function across our restaurant operations.

The role will be responsible for ensuring the right products, at the right quality, at the right price, and at the right time. The Purchase Manager will work closely with the Kitchen, Operations, Stores and Finance teams to maintain uninterrupted supplies while controlling purchase costs, inventory levels and wastage.

This is a hands-on role that requires solid vendor management, negotiation skills, market knowledge and excellent attention to detail.
