Role & responsibilities
Financial Reporting, Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable Bank Reconciliation,Fixed Asset Management, and Financial Operations.
Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register (FAR) and ensured accurate
recording of asset additions, disposals, and transfers
Performed the vendor account balances through regular balance
confirmations and timely reconciliation of discrepancies.
Handled end-to-end reimbursement processing for management
and employees
Finance, Financial Reporting,and Accounts Payable.
Experienced in MIS Reporting, Intercompany (Related
Party Transactions), Journal Entries, and Reconciliations
Robust expertise in Invoice Processing, Vendor
Reconciliation, PO, GRIR, and PQV Validation.




Automated finance processes using Excel VBA, improving
efficiency and reducing manual effort.
Consistently delivered accurate financial reports while
meeting SLA and quality targets.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder
management skills

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
MBA (Finance) or M.Com will be an added advantage.
Experience in Manufacturing, Specialty Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, or any growing startups
Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, conditional formatting) and Google Sheets.
