Job Description

Crystalcode Business Solutions is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to generate new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential clients.
Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Understand client requirements and present suitable IT solutions.
Schedule meetings and follow up with prospective clients.
Build and maintain solid client relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets.




Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth project handover.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
Jaipur-based candidates only.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
