Job Title: CNC/VMC Operator

Experience: 2+ Years

Location: Irungatukottai, Kanchipuram

Roles & Responsibilities:
Set up CNC/VMC machines for production by loading required tools, fixtures, and raw materials.
Load, edit, and execute CNC/VMC programs to perform machining operations such as milling, drilling, cutting, and shaping.
Operate and monitor machines during production to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to specifications.
Inspect finished components using measuring instruments to verify quality and dimensional accuracy.
Make necessary machine adjustments to maintain product quality and meet production requirements.
Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and replacement of worn-out parts.
Troubleshoot machine issues, programming errors, tool wear, and mechanical problems, and take corrective actions as required.
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to maintain a protected working setting.
Maintain production records and ensure compliance with company quality standards.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
