Soft Skill Trainer (AI-Aware Employability Training
Deliver training on soft skills, behavioral skills, communication, professional etiquette, and work readiness.
Integrate basic AI concepts such as AI awareness, digital productivity tools, ethical use of AI, and AI in the workplace into training sessions.
Conduct interactive sessions using role plays, group discussions, case studies, and assessments.
Assign, evaluate, and grade classwork, homework, tests, and assignments.
Skilled training in Soft Skills, Behavioral Skills, and Attitude Development
Working knowledge of AI concepts, AI tools (e.g., productivity AI, resume tools, interview practice tools), and their application in workplaces
Computer literate with robust knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and influencing skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
