Technical Lead (C Programmer)Location: India (Hybrid/Remote as per business requirements)Employment Type: Full-TimeLocation: Gurugram, IndiaAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Technical Lead (C Programmer) with robust hands-on development expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in C/C++ development, object-oriented programming, financial systems, and post-trade transaction processing environments. You will lead technical initiatives, mentor team members, and contribute to the design and development of high-performance applications.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade applications.Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.Develop and enhance application components using C/C++ and related technologies.Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.Design robust and maintainable software following object-oriented design principles.Participate in architecture discussions,



code reviews, and technical decision-making.Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize system efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.Required SkillsStrong hands-on programming experience in C/C++.Experience with C#/.NET Development.Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design & Programming.Experience working with Post-Trade Systems & Workflows.Knowledge of Transaction Processing and Financial Calculations.Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.Experience with software design patterns and best development practices.Good communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred ExperienceCapital Markets, Investment Banking, or Financial Services domain experience.Exposure to high-volume transaction processing systems.Experience leading teams and mentoring developers.Knowledge of system integration and enterprise application architecture.
