About the Role

TeachGrow is looking for energetic and motivated Business Development Associates (BDAs) to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with students, understanding their career requirements, explaining TeachGrow programs, and converting interested leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with potential students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Explain TeachGrow courses, programs, internships, and career opportunities.
Understand student requirements and provide suitable program recommendations.
Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.
Achieve assigned monthly and weekly business targets.
Maintain proper follow-up and lead records.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree.




Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and business development.
Ability to convince and engage potential customers.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of English and Kannada/Hindi is preferred.
Freshers and candidates with sales experience can apply.
