Role Overview
Position: Housekeeping Trainee / Intern
Department: Housekeeping
Reports To: Executive Housekeeper / Housekeeping Supervisor
Objective: Gain hands-on experience in maintaining resort cleanliness, guest satisfaction standards, and asset care.

Key Responsibilities
Room Maintenance: Learn to clean guest rooms, make beds, change linens, and restock toiletries and minibar supplies according to resort standards.
Equipment and Chemicals: Practice the secure handling, dilution, and storage of cleaning chemicals and machinery (like vacuum cleaners and floor polishers).
Lost and Found: Report and log any items left behind by guests following standard property guidelines.
Department Coordination: Communicate with the front office regarding room status (clean,



dirty, or ready) and report maintenance problems to engineering.
Guest Interaction: Greet guests politely, handle simple requests, and escalate complaints promptly to a supervisor.

Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Enrolled in or completed a degree/diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
Skills: Positive communication skills, physical stamina to stand or walk for long shifts, and a keen eye for detail.

Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
