Role & responsibilities
BQS / Romaco Blister Packing Machine, Auto Cartonator Machine, CV and Contact Bulk packing machine operator.
Set up and operate machines for blister packing, bottle filling, or strip packing.
This includes refilling packaging materials like foil, PVC, or bottles and ensuring proper feeding of the drug product into the machines.
Oversee downstream activities such as cartoning, leaflet insertion, over-wrapping, and case packing to prepare products for bulk shipping.
Perform format changeovers and adjustments to accommodate different product sizes.
They also execute routine cleaning and preventive maintenance to prevent cross-contamination and ensure equipment reliability.
Conduct regular quality inspections, including leak tests for blisters,



visual inspections for defects, and verification of batch coding (lot number and expiry date).
Maintain real-time Batch Packaging Records (BPR) and equipment logbooks in strict accordance with cGMP (Current Positive Manufacturing Practices) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Ensure the packing area is completely cleared of all materials and documentation from previous batches before starting a current run.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification: ITI / HSC / SSC

Experience: 02 to 05 Years in Pharmaceutical industry, Prefer OSD Plant Experience
