Role & responsibilities

Role Purpose

To drive business growth for VGM Consultants financial BPO, debt collection, and credit underwriting services by acquiring and developing corporate clients across Bengaluru and the South Indian market.

Key Responsibilities
Drive enterprise-level B2B sales by targeting senior decision-makers in private banks, NBFCs and fintech companies.
Develop new business prospects and generate large-scale corporate accounts.
Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, proposals, RFPs, negotiations and contract closures.
Build and maintain solid relationships with National Heads, Regional Heads, VPs and senior management.
Promote VGM’s financial BPO, debt collection and credit underwriting solutions.
Develop existing accounts through cross-selling and ensure long-term client relationships.
Represent VGM Consultants in the Bengaluru and South Indian market.
Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Robust B2B / Corporate Sales and business development skills.
Established network of senior contacts within Banks, NBFCs and Fintech companies.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong client relationship management and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle enterprise-level sales and complex contract negotiations.
Good understanding of BFSI, debt collection, credit underwriting and BPO services.
Ability to work independently and manage a complete sales pipeline.

Qualifications & Experience
Graduate / Post-Graduate / MBA.
8–12 years of relevant experience in B2B / Corporate Sales, preferably selling services to BFSI clients, BPO companies or corporate risk agencies.
Candidates with strong existing relationships with senior decision-makers in Banks, NBFCs and Fintech companies will be preferred.
