About the Role

We are looking for hardworking and passionate Commis 2 & Commis 3 to join our kitchen team. The candidate will assist in food preparation, maintain hygiene and quality standards, and support the Chef and senior kitchen team in smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing food as per standard recipes and kitchen requirements.
Handle basic food preparation such as chopping, cutting, marinating, cooking, and portioning.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and service.
Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.
Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control.
Ensure timely preparation of food during service hours.
Maintain proper inventory of kitchen ingredients and inform seniors about shortages.
Follow company SOPs and kitchen safety procedures.




Perform any other duties assigned by the Chef / Kitchen Manager.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or equivalent.
Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, cloud kitchen, QSR, or food production kitchen will be preferred.
Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
Good understanding of hygiene and food safety practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen workplace.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Commis 2
Should have practical experience in basic food preparation and cooking.
Capable of independently handling assigned kitchen tasks.
Assist Commis 1 and senior chefs during food production and service.

Commis 3
Suitable for entry-level candidates with basic kitchen knowledge.
Assist with cleaning, cutting, chopping, preparation, and other kitchen support activities.
Willingness to learn cooking techniques and kitchen operations.

Salary: As per company norms & experience
Location: As per company requirement

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
