We are looking for a agile BD Relationship Manager to help expand our partner network including referral partners, sub-brokers, and trading communities. The role involves building strategic partnerships that drive revenue, assets under management, client acquisition and strengthen the growth of the 021 Trade as a market leader.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and on-board Business Partners, referral partners, sub-brokers, trading communities, and trading influencers.

• Build and maintain a robust partner pipeline through networking, outreach, and industry connections.

• Support partners in acquiring clients and increasing platform adoption.

• Develop and manage long-term relationships with partners to ensure consistent business growth.

• Track leads, partner activity, and conversions through CRM systems.

• Assist partners with product understanding, on-boarding processes, and client activation.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth on-boarding and operational support for partner.

Specific Qualifications (if required)

• Graduate or Post Graduate with basic knowledge of financial markets across different product lines

• Certifications required for offering various trading, insurance and asset products

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Relationship Management in B2B domain.

• Experience in Stock Broking, Fintech, Wealth Management, or Financial Services will be preferred.

• Solid networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Target-driven mindset with the ability to drive partner-led business growth.

• Comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment.
