We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our team and support our recruitment activities.

This role will primarily focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews.
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Post job openings on relevant platforms.
Conduct initial candidate screening.
Follow up with candidates regarding interviews and selection.
Assist with onboarding activities.
Support the HR team with other recruitment-related tasks.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Candidates currently pursuing a Master's/MBA are not eligible for this role.
Robust interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
