Job Description: Café Staff — Tea Post

Tea Post is looking for friendly, energetic, and responsible Café Staff to join our team. You will help provide customers with quality chai, fresh snacks, and a welcoming café experience.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve tea, beverages, and food items as per Tea Post standards.
Welcome customers, take orders, and handle billing accurately.
Maintain cleanliness of the café, kitchen area, counters, tables, and equipment.
Follow food-safety, hygiene, and quality guidelines.
Support stock handling, replenishment, and daily opening/closing activities.
Address customer requests politely and ensure timely service.
Work closely with the café team to meet daily sales and service goals.

Requirements
Minimum 10th/12th pass; prior café, restaurant, or customer-service experience is preferred.
Valuable communication skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Basic understanding of billing and cash handling is an advantage.
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced workplace.

Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
