Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Structural Draftsman with deep drafting expertise who wants to transition into 3D BIM modeling. If you have a solid foundation in structural drafting and AutoCAD, along with basic exposure or training in Revit, we will provide the advanced training needed to elevate your skills into full structural BIM modeling for high-profile US projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Draft and detail structural framing plans, foundations, elevations, and structural details in AutoCAD based on engineering sketches and calculations.
Transition traditional 2D structural drafting knowledge into 3D Revit models under the guidance of senior BIM modelers.
Assist in generating sheet layouts, dimensions,



and drawing packages in Revit Structure.
Review CAD and BIM drawings to ensure accuracy, drafting standards, and structural clarity.

Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 5+ years of hands-on structural drafting experience in AutoCAD for concrete and steel building structures. Candidates must have a robust practical understanding of structural drawings, detailing conventions, and framing systems. Basic knowledge or preliminary training in Revit Structure is required, along with a solid eagerness to learn advanced 3D BIM workflows. Excellent attention to detail, strong spatial visualization, and solid teamwork skills are essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
