Job Description

We are looking for a Building Approval Executive with hands-on experience in handling CMDA and Chennai Corporation approvals. The candidate will be responsible for client coordination, document collection, and end-to-end follow-up of building approval applications.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with clients and collect required documents for building approval
Verify documents such as Sale Deed, Patta, EC, Approved Layout, Tax Receipts, ID proof, etc.
Prepare and submit building approval applications to Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority (CMDA) and Greater Chennai Corporation
Visit CMDA / Corporation offices when required for follow-up
Maintain proper records (digital & physical) of all projects
Provide regular status updates to management

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
