We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Patient Care Assistant (PCA) to join our De-Addiction Psychiatry Unit in Mindful Rejuvenation Hospital PERUMBAVOOR

Job Responsibilities
Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility)
Monitor patient behavior and report changes to nursing staff
Support patients during withdrawal and emotional distress
Assist doctors and nurses in routine care and procedures
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the ward
Ensure patient safety and follow hospital protocols
Encourage patient participation in therapy sessions and activities
Handle emergency situations under supervision

Requirements
Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Relevant certification/ANM/GDA
Experience in hospital/psychiatric/de-addiction field preferred
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and ability to manage challenging situations
Willingness to work in shifts

Candidates from Perumbavoor, Aluva, Kothamangalam, Angamaly, Muvattupuzha, and nearby areas will be given preference.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
