Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries related to motor insurance.
Make follow-up calls for insurance renewal and policy expiry.
Explain insurance products, premiums, and renewal options to customers.
Coordinate with customers for required documents and policy issuance.
Follow up with insurance companies and internal teams for quotations and policy processing.
Maintain customer data, renewal records, and follow-up details in CRM.
Resolve customer queries and complaints related to insurance policies.
Ensure timely policy renewal and achievement of renewal targets.
Maintain daily call reports and renewal performance reports.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate preferred.
Positive communication skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi.
Valuable telecalling and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of motor insurance preferred.
Experience in automobile insurance renewal is an added advantage.
Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.
