Roles and Responsibilities
Manage and nurture a portfolio of key enterprise and high-value client accounts Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
Ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships Understand client shipping needs and recommend ShipGlobal solutions to optimize cost,



delivery timelines, and performance
Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling of ShipGlobal services
Monitor shipment volumes, SLAs, revenue performance, and operational KPIs Coordinate with operations, product, tech, and finance teams to resolve client issues
Handle escalations proactively and ensure timely resolution
Conduct periodic business reviews and share performance reports with clients
Support contract renewals, pricing discussions, and compliance

Pay: ₹323,877.69 - ₹500,000.00 per year
