About the Role

We are looking for an organised and proactive CRM Executive to manage CRM data, track leads, coordinate meetings, and maintain accurate records. This is an operations role, not a sales role.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and update CRM (Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce or similar)
Track and assign leads and maintain follow-up records
Coordinate meetings, invites, reminders, and MOMs
Maintain accurate lead, contact, and deal data




Prepare CRM reports and MIS for management
Identify and update stale or incomplete records

Requirements
6+ months of experience in CRM, Operations, or Coordination
Hands-on experience with any CRM platform
Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
Robust communication and organisational skills
Valuable attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Valuable to Have
Experience with MIS/reporting
Familiarity with Google Calendar/Outlook
Experience in SaaS, FinTech, or technology companies

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
