Role & responsibilities

Supervise daily civil construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor quality, measurements and workmanship.
Manage contractors, labour and daily manpower.
Plan daily work and ensure timely completion.
Check material requirements, usage and wastage.
Coordinate with architects, consultants and contractors.
Check RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring and finishing works.
Take site measurements and verify contractor bills.
Identify site issues and resolve/escalate them quickly.
Maintain daily site progress reports and photographs.
Track project progress against the schedule.
Ensure basic site safety and proper PPE usage.
Check and complete snag/pending works before handover.
Take complete ownership of assigned site activities and timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech Civil Engineering

Experience: 2–5 years preferred

Skills: AutoCAD, MS Excel, drawing reading, site execution, contractor management and quantity measurements.
