We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused qualified to manage Sales & Events for our Chocolate Experience Centre. The role involves driving corporate and social event bookings, creating memorable guest experiences, coordinating with internal teams, and achieving revenue targets through events, gifting, and experiential activities.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end event sales for corporate events, birthdays, workshops, launches, celebrations, and group bookings.
Generate leads through corporate connects, social media inquiries, partnerships, and walk-ins.
Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements, budgets, themes, and expectations.
Prepare proposals, costing, presentations, and event plans.
Work closely with operations, kitchen, and service teams to ensure smooth event execution.
Upsell gifting solutions, hampers, desserts, and experience packages.
Maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, schools, and communities.
Ensure exceptional customer experience before, during, and after the event.
Track bookings, event calendars, payments, and sales reports.
Support marketing activities, promotional events, and collaborations.




Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements
2 to 5 years of experience in Events, Hospitality Sales, Banquets, Luxury Retail, or Guest Relations.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Passion for hospitality, desserts, luxury experiences, and customer engagement.
Ability to handle multiple events and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Comfortable working on weekends and festive seasons based on event schedules.
Good knowledge of corporate sales and client servicing.
Proficiency in MS Excel, presentations, and basic reporting.

Preferred Profile
Experience in café, restaurant, hospitality, luxury retail, or experiential event industry.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Confident personality with robust networking abilities.
