About the Role

We are looking for an Xactimate Estimator with 1+ year of experience to prepare accurate construction estimates for US-based projects.

The candidate should have hands-on experience with Xactimate, good knowledge of construction estimation, and the ability to work independently in a remote workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare construction estimates using Xactimate.
Review drawings, photos, specifications, and scope of work.
Perform quantity take-offs for materials and labor.
Select appropriate Xactimate line items and pricing.
Prepare estimates for residential and commercial projects.
Identify missing information, scope gaps, or discrepancies.
Review and update estimates based on project changes.
Maintain accurate estimation records.




Coordinate with internal teams for project-related clarifications.
Complete estimates within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1+ year of experience in construction estimation.
Hands-on experience with Xactimate is mandatory.
Basic understanding of construction materials, labor, and building components.
Ability to read construction drawings and project documents.
Experience with quantity take-offs and cost estimation.
US construction or insurance restoration experience is preferred.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
Good analytical and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
