Job Responsibilities
Perform night audit procedures and reconcile daily financial transactions.
Verify guest accounts, billing, and payment records.
Prepare daily revenue and financial reports.
Handle late-night guest check-ins and check-outs professionally.
Maintain accurate records of cash, card, and online transactions.
Coordinate with the front office and accounts team to ensure smooth operations.
Respond to guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service during night shifts.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Night Auditor, Front Office Executive, or Receptionist in a hotel, resort, airport lounge, or hospitality industry.
Basic knowledge of hotel PMS/software and billing procedures is preferred.
Valuable communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently during night shifts.
Candidate should be responsible, detail-oriented, and customer-service focused.
